Hello, lovely readers!

Remember when I was all positive and optimistic about 2025? This was going to be my year! Well, I don’t know what January was but I don’t remember signing up for that mess. On top of all the things entailed in being a new mum, organising a new release that did not go to plan but somehow still managed to be on time, and the usual every day things, my cat ended up getting a rather expensive surgery and if you have a cat, you probably know that they take medication about as well as a toddler eats broccoli.

BUT! There are some fun bookish updates to report so lets take a look!

Bookish Updates

First and foremost, When You Burn Me is out in the wild! Finally. The launch didn’t quite go as planned but it’s out and that’s the main thing. Book #2 in the Enchanted Hearts series is scheduled to be released later this year (although I have put a tentative date in 12 months because Amazon isn’t particularly flexible). I’m looking at hopefully September/October this year.

But up next is something I’m very excited about. A new co-written series with Hailey Jade (I know some of you are eagerly awaiting Knave of Ruin but I promise this will be worth it). If you like romantasy, pirates, and captive romance, this one is for you! And the cover is absolutely stunning! But I’ll be revealing that a little later down the line. We expect this one to be out sometime in May this year. Pre-orders should be going up later this month.

AND

Something very exciting (for me, anyway) is that you’ll soon be able to find When You Burn Me in an honest to goodness bookstore! If you’re curious, head on over to Witchy Books in WA or www.witchybooks.com.au. There will be 4 signed copies over there and you get one of the stunning art prints with the purchase! (I posted them on Monday so keep your eyes open if you hope to snag a copy!)

If you’ve read book #1, then you’ve probably guessed who the star of book #2 is and that this is a series of interconnected standalones. Very interconnected. As in, need to read in order (aside from the prequel novella). I’ll feed you some more tid bits about this one in subsequent newsletters.
